Description

Wayne State University is upgrading to modern telecommunications technology: Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Your telephone and network access will come to your workstation in one cable. This change allows C&IT to enable upgraded features, save departments money, and provide faster and more personalized service.

Cost

VoIP will save departments an average of 7 percent per user over the Centrex lines.
