Eduroam provides WSU community internet access around the world May 19, 2017

Wayne State University faculty, students and staff are now able to connect to wirless networks at participating universities, research labs, libraries and schools worldwide with their WSU credentials by using Eduroam, a global wireless network access service.

Beginning in the 2017 fall semester, expect to see the Eduroam wireless network wherever a WSU wireless signal is available. This network is meant to allow members of participating institutions to access our network. Members of the WSU community should continue to use WSU-Secure when on campus.

To authenticate on Eduroam networks outside of campus, you must use your entire AccessID@wayne.edu username and password.

Find a list of all included institutions at eduroam.us/institutions_list. Learn more about Eduroam at kb.wayne.edu/274190. If you have questions or require assistance using Eduroam off campus, please contact the C&IT Help Desk at 313-577-4357 or helpdesk@wayne.edu.
