What are role groups?

Roles Groups are bundled folders based on an employee's job role within their department. C&IT's Endpoint Applications Engineering team works with Directors and BAOs to create these groups so users can be quickly onboarded. The preferred and quickest way to delegate access is with the Self-Service Portal since it allows users to allocate multiple folders at once and may contain cross-departmental folders that users do not own but commonly need for their department.
