Wayne Connect materials for technical support staff
All WSU faculty, staff, student, retiree, and guest mailboxes on the Mirapoint Email system (WebMail) will be migrated by C&IT on the backend, so all email and address book contacts will be available in each individual's new Wayne Connect account.

It contains detailed instructions for using the Zimbra Outlook Connector and the Apple iSync Connector, information about migrating an IMAP or POP user to Outlook/Zimbra, and instructions on setting up a mobile device using ActiveSync (although they are not yet supported by C&IT).

Windows Zimbra tools
- Zimbra Outlook Connector (also known as Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook) - provides real time two-way synchronization of mail, contacts, tasks, and calendar between Outlook and the Zimbra server.
- Customized WSU ZCO installer - provides a detailed overview for the troubleshooting and installation of the Zimbra Connector for Outlook (ZCO). (Includes registry changes.)
- Zimbra PST Import Wizard for Outlook - imports the contents of a .pst file from a Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 mailbox to accounts on the Zimbra server.
Mac OS X Zimbra tools
- Apple iSync Connector (also known as the Zimbra Apple Desktop Connector) - provides real time two-way synchronization of mail, contacts, and calendar between the Apple Desktop and the Zimbra server using a native iSync interface.
- Zimbra Toaster for Macintosh - stand-alone application that provides alerts to users of the Wayne Connect Web Interface (on their desktop) when new mail has arrived, so they don't have to keep a browser window open all the time.
