WSU Internet Toolkit out of production

As high-speed Internet connections are now the norm and information about computing at Wayne State is easily available in multiple places, the need for Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) to produce the WSU Internet Toolkit CD-ROM no longer exists.

The main purpose for this CD was to give Wayne State students and employees who used a dial-in Internet service an easy way to obtain site-licensed and free software provided by the university.

The majority of C&IT's customers can now download software using high-speed Internet from home. Those who still use a dial-up Internet connection can download software at a computer in the Undergraduate Library and copy it to a CD or USB Flash drive.

See below for multiple sources of computing help at Wayne State.
