Please be advised as of July 15th, 2012, the University’s telecommunication carrier, AT&T increased their tariff rates for installation of Centrex and 1MB lines.   As a reminder, IT Customer Services does not add overhead or markup to these services and passes the cost straight through to the department or individual user.  While it is unfortunate that this rate increase is unavoidable due to contractual commitments, please be aware that Wayne State University has enjoyed 12 years without a rate increase for this particular service.
