How do I report a Cognos report problem?
- If you are experiencing problems with Cognos Reports, submit a call tracker ticket, go to Cognos Report Inquiry and Problem form and log in .
What is Cognos?
- Reporting tool that authorized WSU employees use to author, share, or view reports that draw on data across all enterprise sources for better business decisions.
- It is accessible through a Web browser. Internet Explorer is the preferred browser.
Who can use Cognos?
- Cognos is available to authorized WSU employees.
What do I need to get access to Cognos?
- Your WSU AccessID and password.
- To obtain security access, go to the Banner Access Forms Web page on the Computing & Information Technology Website. Download the "Procedures for requesting access to WSU's Banner Systems" document and follow the instructions.
What if I forget my AccessID password or want to change my password?
- If you forget your password or need help with it, contact the C&IT Help Desk.
- If you know your password and want to change it, or want to change your challenge question, log in to WSU Pipeline and click Account, click the appropriate link, and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Remember your Cognos password is the same password you use to log in to WSU Pipeline or WSU E-mail.
