The Enterprise Applications department in Wayne State's Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) division has developed Project Management Processes that provide a common set of guidelines and tools for all C&IT employees.

C&IT is using a Project Proposal Form to collect information needed to obtain approval for initiating projects within any of the C&IT departments. WSU departments can now download this form to use for all project requests.

To initiate a project, or to acquire or modify Enterprise software, the following form must be filled out and submitted to C&IT:
