Implementation of New Hardware and Software for Document Management December 10, 2012

 

Summary

C&IT is upgrading hardware and software for the Document Management System.  Application Xtender will be unavailable Friday, December 21, at 5:00 pm until Sunday, December 23, 2012 at noon.

Application Xtender will not be available.

What you need to do:

After the upgrade, you may be prompted to re-install one or multiple Active X Components on your machine.  You can run the client installer executable by clicking here.  YOU MUST HAVE ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILIGES TO YOUR MACHINE TO RUN THIS.  Otherwise, please contact your Tech Support personhttp://computing.wayne.edu/help/faculty-staff.php  for your area to do this.  The revised installer will be available on December 23rd, along with instructions on the IT Knowledgebase page: How do I update the Application Web Access Software?
