How do I change my mailbox name?

To change the recorded name in your voicemail inbox, follow the steps below.

1. Access voicemail (press *86 or press voicemail button).
2. Enter your password and then press #.
3. Press * to access the CommPilot Voice Portal.
4. Press 3 to access the Greetings Menu.
5. Press 1 to change your recorded name.
6. To record your name, press 1.
7. After the tone, record your name and press # when finished.
