How do I know I'm REALLY getting a discount?
We
occasionally hear from members who were confused when comparing prices
between Dell Home & Home Office and Employee Purchase Program
systems. You might find a system on the EPP site that has a different
pre-configuration than a similar system on the Home & Home Office
site. With Dell's many customization options available, it can be
difficult to make an apples-to-apples comparison. But both web sites
actually share the same price lists, the EPP site applies the same
promotions advertised on the Dell Home & Home Office web site, then
add your member savings.
Where can I see my member savings?
Your member savings will appear after you add your system to the shopping cart.
How
can I compare a system built in the Dell Home & Home Office website
to one built in the Employee Purchase Program website?
The easiest way to compare systems built in both websites is to print each of the carts (Click here
for directions on printing the carts). Be sure both systems are
configured identically. Remember, seemingly minor differences such as
different service levels, graphics cards, and number of memory DIMMs
will change the price.
