Communicate and collaborate with your colleagues on campus, across the country, or around the globe. There are several conferencing services available, from telephone-based conference calls to integrated web conferencing (similar to Cisco’s WebEx or GoToMeeting).

To schedule a conference:

- WSU Building Address
- Conference Call Date, Call Start & Stop Time
- Number of participants

- Call must originate from a WSU on-campus telephone line. Dial the assigned conference port (7-####) two minutes prior to scheduled meeting time.
- Host will hear ringing until call participants dial in.
- BEFORE your first meeting, install the Participant Application software and verify you are able to gain access to the following site: https://www.teleconference.att.com/servlet/ATTClogin
- At the scheduled meeting time, log in at the web address above to access the meeting.
Notes
- When scheduling is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with conference details.
- The conference host must start the conference within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time or the conference will be automatically canceled.
- For high quality audio or large rooms, consider one of our professional speakerphones. Call (313) 577-1977 for details.
- Speakerphones are available to WSU departments for meetings/conferences at any time. Simply complete a Telephone Service Request (TSR) and indicate in the remarks to reserve a conference unit, at least one day in advance, and pick up the unit on the day you requested.
