WSU CallTracker – Customer Search by Number

Note: To log in from home or any place off the Wayne State campus, you must use SSL VPN (WSU's Virtual Private Network that uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol).

After you login, the CallTracker Main Menu is displayed.

  1. Click Search/Update Tickets by Ticket Number.
  2. Type your CallTracker ticket number and click the Search button.
  3. CallTracker displays one line of information about the ticket number you typed. To get more information, click the ticket number.
  4. The next page displays the information about your ticket, including the complete ticket log that tells you the progress of your request from start until it is closed.
