WSU CallTracker – Get an Account as an Authorized User

In order to create or update a ticket or search by name or group, you must have authorized access from your department and have that permission entered into the CallTracker system.

To set up an authorized account, e-mail tduszyn@wayne.edu. Include in your e-mail note:

If your group does not have an active CallTracker group, also include how you would like the group to be identified in the system. Note: Verification with the workgroup/department supervisor/manager may be necessary prior to group creation.

In most cases we will create IDs and groups within one business day of the request.
