WSU CallTracker – Create Spreadsheet Report
Using CallTracker you can create a spreadsheet. This is an aid if you want
to keep track of calls from specific customers, calls assigned to one person,
or calls assigned to a group. The advantage of the spreadsheet file is that
you can use the data in ways suited to your needs (e.g., sorted, stored, in
reports).
Creating a spreadsheet report is easy to do when you are searching or updating
tickets.
- Log in to CallTracker
(Note: To log in from home or any place off the Wayne State campus, you must use SSL
VPN (WSU's Virtual
Private Network that uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol).
- Click one of the following search choices:
- Search/Update Tickets by Customer
- Search/Update Tickets by Assigned Person
- Search/Update Tickets by Group
- On the next page type the customer's AccessID, or select a CallTracker
user or group name as requested.
You may also want to enter a delimiter by typing a number in the Past
___ Days box or by putting a check
in the Only Show Open Tickets box. Then click Search.
- CallTracker displays one line of information about each ticket for the
person or group and time period you specified. At the bottom of that page
click one of the following buttons:
- Download Spreadsheet Report – an MS Excel spreadsheet
- Download Tasks DB – an MS Outlook tasks list
