SMARTi Troubleshooting Guide

Special note: This information is for access to Banner Reports (using SMARTi COLD client software).

This troubleshooting guide is for technical support staff, local area network (LAN) administrators, or the very experienced Windows user who is working with SMARTi COLD.

System Availability:

Before you troubleshoot for other problems, please check the online Administrative Systems Availability Schedule to find out whether the Banner System databases is currently online and available for use.

Hardware and Software Requirements:

If you are having problems accessing or running SMARTi (to access Banner Reports) on a desktop computer, check the Administrative Computing Desktop Standards.
