What is it?

AppWorx is an administrative systems program with which Banner users can do process-dependent scheduling.

Who can use it?

AppWorx is available for use by authorized WSU employees who are Banner users and who need to process batch jobs.

What do I need?

In order to use AppWorx you need:

  1. Banner security access – for access forms and instructions on how to complete and submit them, visit the Banner Access Forms Web page.
  2. AppWorx access – for more information, send e-mail to opersup@lists.wayne.edu or call 313-577-4758.

Is there a cost?

There is no cost for authorized persons to use AppWorx..

Where can I get help?

You can change your Banner password yourself. See Banner password change information. If, however, you need to have your Banner password reset because you forgot it, telephone the C&IT Help Desk at (313) 577-4778. They will need to know your name, AccessID, logon ID, and the database you use.
