WSU AccessID — Password help
Don't know your password?
- Students and New Hires: Your initial AccessID password
is the 9-digit Personal ID (PID) number on your Wayne State OneCard.
The number is mailed to new students when they apply to WSU.
- For all others: Call the C&IT Help Desk at (313) 577-4778.
Know your password and want to change it?
- Log in to WSU Pipeline
and click Account.
OR
Log in to WSU
WebMail and click Account Management.
- Click the Change Your Password link.
- Fill in the boxes as follows:
- Your current password: Type the password you now use.
- Choose a new password: Type the new password.
- Verify new password: Type the new password again.
- Click OK.
Forgot your password?
- If you've set a challenge question for your AccessID,
Go to WSU Pipeline or
to WSU WebMail, click Forgot your password?, and follow the
prompts.
- If you did not set a challenge question, Call the C&IT
Help Desk at (313) 577-4778.
To set a challenge question for the future:
- Log in to WSU Pipeline
and click Account.
OR
Log in to WSU
WebMail and click Account Management.
- Click Challenge Question link.
- Choose one of the Challenge Questions from the pull-down menu.
- Answer the question in the space provided.
- Click OK.
