Requirements for a WSU AccessID Password
- Use six to ten characters (required password length).
- Only use the following characters:
- A-Z
- a-z
- 0-9
- @ # % _ - + = :
, .
- Do not put an ampersand (&) in your password.
- Do not put a blank space in your password.
- Do not put a dollar sign ($) in your password.
- Do not put a forward slash (/) in your password.
- Do not put a tilde (~) in your password.
- Do not put a number at the beginning of your password.
- Do put a number somewhere inside your password (recommendation).
