To get a Guest AccessID:
Guest AccessIDs are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. One month prior to the expiration date, Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) sends an expiration notice to both the guest and the sponsoring dean/vice president or designee. If the ID is not renewed, it expires automatically. To renew a Guest AccessID, complete and submit a new request form.
